Talivo has two clear prices. The platform is charged per course start, and plastic cards are ordered separately.

A course start is counted once, when the participant first opens the course they were assigned.

One charge per participant and course
What counts as a course start?
A course start is counted when a participant first opens a course they have been enrolled in. Resuming the course, retaking a failed exam, or reissuing a credential for the same participant and the same course is not counted again. An invitation that is never opened is not counted.
Terms and invoicing
Billing is handled manually. Talivo does not meter or charge anything automatically.
- VAT
- Prices exclude VAT. Swedish VAT at 25% is added to the invoice.
- Larger volumes
- A lower unit price is available at higher volumes. We quote on request; no volume thresholds are published.
- Manual invoicing
- We invoice manually with 30-day payment terms. Talivo has no checkout, subscription, or automated billing.
- When the prices take effect
- The prices take effect on the date the pricing page is first published.
Not included in the course-start price
- Plastic-card production and postage; that is the separate card service at 159 kr per card excluding VAT.
- Custom credential design work.
- Integration work.
